Driving From London:
Take the M2 onto the A299 and then onto the A253 to Ramsgate. Follow signs to the seafront. When you reach the seafront by 'The Churchill Tavern', Nelson Crescent is the first turning on your left.
From the M25 west: (from Heathrow and Gatwick)
Exit at junction 5 onto the M26. Exit at junction 3 onto the M20. Exit junction 7 onto the A249 which takes you onto the M2. Head east towards the A299, onto the A253 to Ramsgate. Follow signs to the seafront. When you reach the seafront by 'The Churchill Tavern', Nelson Crescent is the first turning on your left.
From Kent International Airport:
Just 10 minutes away by taxi just outside the village of Manston, about 2 miles west of Ramsgate. The entrance to the passenger terminal is on the B2050. More details can be viewed at their site Kent International Airport Manston
From Dover and Folkestone:
Driving northwards along the A256, we're about 30 minutes from Dover and 45 minutes from Folkestone. Most of the road is dual carriageway!
By Train:
There are 2 train options to reach Ramsgate from London.
The fastest is only 76 mins on HS1 from King's Cross St Pancras.
The second is from either London Victoria or Charing Cross and usually takes around 1hr 45mins.
