Accommodation rates include full English Breakfast and VAT.

The cooked breakfast is cooked to your order. Unlike other hotels we don't leave the hot food out on a running buffet, although of course cereals, fruit juices, pastries, fresh fruit and yoghurts are laid out on the sideboard for you to help yourself. And we usually run breakfast (especially at weekends!) to about 11.30am. None of that 'down by nine please' here! You are here to enjoy breakfast at your own pace, and if that means coming down late morning and relishing coffee and scrambled eggs over the morning papers, then you are our kind of guest!

We have 19 charming rooms, all shapes and sizes. The Cabin Doubles are tiny, but they have great views over the harbour and yacht marina. All bedrooms are en-suite with showers. We do not have any baths.

All the rooms are equipped with the latest wifi internet broadband system as well as a TV/Video Combi set with a complimentary video library. There is also a tea/coffee making tray in every room, as well as some original art and books. There are three lounges, each with real open working fires. One of the lounges (which we call 'The Snuggery') has a PC with broadband access for guests complimentary use.

Children under 5 years old or who can fit on our child sofabeds stay complimentary.

We accept credit and debit cards as below.

All invoices settled with an American Express card will attract a 3.5% + VAT (4.03% inc VAT) charge.

 

Invoices which are settled by other credit or debit cards will carry no additional charge. In the event that you should need to cancel a reservation, we shall require written notice of 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival will incur charges equivalent to one nights accommodation to the aforementioned credit card. This policy also applies to guests already in-house who are asked to give 24 hours notice of early departure in order to avoid charges. Any booking/s totalling more than 5 room nights (either as a single reservation or a group reservation) must pay a non-refundable 25% deposit.
